当社のグループ会社であるICMG USA（所在地：アメリカ シリコンバレー、代表：立野智之）と ICMG India（所在：インド バンガロール）は、株式会社テクノスジャパン（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役社長：吉岡隆、以下 テクノスジャパン)による、米国を中心にSIビジネスを手がけるリリック社(Lirik Inc.) の買収に際しまして、テクノスジャパンに対してM&Aアドバイザリーサービスを提供致しました。
東証一部上場企業のテクノスジャパンは、ERP（統合基幹業務システム）の導入支援を主力事業としており、また最新のデジタル技術やビッグデータを用いたサービスの導入によるグローバル・ビジネスの拡大にも注力しています。
リリック社は2015年にシリコンバレーに設立され、CRMやERPの米国企業への導入をインドの開発センターを軸にビジネスを拡大してきました。今回のM&Aによって、テクノスジャパンは北米においての新しいERP・CRM・AIを組み合わせたビジネスを展開し、イノベーション創出の起点になることを目指しています。
